About Paul Neumiller
Biography
Paul Neumiller received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of California, Davis and has been in private practice of law since 1984. Mr. Neumiller also received his Masters of Administration in 1983 from the Graduate School of Administration, University of California, Davis (now deemed an "MBA"). He has been involved in simple and complex business and real property transactions, including sales of businesses, forming and counseling partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations, the sale, lease, and operation of real property including agricultural, residential, commercial, and industrial property, and, to the extent necessary, unlawful detainers for landlord clients, both residential and commercial.
Affiliations
Mr. Neumiller is presently a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Island County Bar Association, and the California State Bar Association. Mr. Neumiller is past president of the Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce, was an adult leader with Boy Scout Troop 4032, Greenbank, Washington, and is a volunteer with the Island County Volunteer Lawyer Program. Past civic activities include serving on the Boards of Directors for the Napa County Legal Assistance Agency and the St. Helena Chamber of Commerce, and as President of the Kiwanis Club of St. Helena.

Mr. Neumiller is an avid mountain biker, swimmer and weight lifter. His family's menagerie of critters includes 1 wife, 2 sons, 2 dogs, 1 cat, chickens, and "Mac" an anglo-arab horse.
